    We’re here to help if:

    • you’re waiting on or worried about test results

    • you have results and need to see a genetic counsellor

    • you’ve seen a genetic counsellor and need more support

  • Our expert team can provide support around any tests or results before or during pregnancy. Including: NIPT, carrier screening, pregnancy ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis.

  • The cost for sessions varies depending on your situation. We work hard to keep it affordable by using Medicare and Private Health Insurance subsidies whenever possible.

    The best way to understand costs is to chat with us first – we offer a no obligation discussion where we explain the process and pricing based on your specific needs.

    You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you're pregnant or have been pregnant in the last 12 months. If so, your first consultation may be fully bulk-billed.

    If you are seeking information about complex results, we offer genetic counselling sessions on a fee-for-service basis to give you the personalised support you need.

  • Whether you need a referral depends on your situation. Get in touch with us and we can suggest a support plan for you. We’ll let you know whether you need a referral and can assist you obtain one from your GP or can help facilitate one for you.

  • We established GenoCare to give people better access to comprehensive support around genetic testing. We have started with reproductive genetics but our care models can be applied to other areas of genomics. If you want to know more, get in touch.
