Genetic support: for complex or high-risk results. Our genetic counsellor helps you understand both your results and the science behind them, guides you through any additional testing options, and supports you in making informed choices about next steps.

  • The cost varies depending on your situation, but we work hard to keep it affordable by using Medicare subsidies whenever possible.

    The best way to understand costs is to chat with us first – we offer a free initial consultation where our team will explain the process and pricing based on your specific needs.

    Many people are eligible for Medicare rebates, especially if you're pregnant or have been pregnant in the last 12 months. This often includes at least one fully bulk-billed session with your GP referral.

    If you have complex results or higher-risk situations, we also offer additional genetic counselling sessions on a fee-for-service basis to give you the ongoing, personalized support you need.
